To Alaska!!

This is my 50th state

I have been to the Entirity of The USA

One country down the rest to come

New places are opportunities to discover more of oneself. Names are titles of who we are, often a far cry from truly describing the entirety of a person. Both Stephan and I have taken on new names and titles to better welcome the additions of ourselves that we discover in Alaska.

Elias On The Mountain is planning his return trip from Alaska to California to France

To Us,

Alaska is more than a place it is a mindset, a lifestyle, it is a runway.

We are learning how to live our dream of unplanned travel where we are so free that we can go where we please on a whim.

We seek to reconnect with nature

Putting aside work, technology, and society.

From this place, we have returned to more tangible forms of travel and communication. We write letters back home and use paper maps to plan our route. This has been remarkably rewarding for the ability to be more expressive with our loved ones and the unlikely locations that we wander to.

After this, I will have seen and appreciated my country.

I will then be ready to see and appreciate other countries.
